Expedition Investment Management PTE LTD Review: What Traders Need to Know

1.0 rating

Expedition Investment Management PTE LTD writes about its international status and reliability, but if you open the document sections, there is neither a licence number nor any mention of a regulator. The company boasts 2 million clients, yet the number of reviews is far too small for that to be true. Is this a legitimate broker or another scam?

Advantages and Disadvantages

  • Not found.
  • Absence of regulation by financial authorities.
  • Actual operating period starting in 2026, not earlier.
  • Fake legal address.
  • Use of another company’s name and brand as cover.
  • Hidden trading conditions.

Legitimacy Check

The broker calls itself a Singaporean company and even lists a headquarters in Singapore. However, to operate legally in this jurisdiction, a licence from MAS is required. Expedition Investment Management PTE LTD provides no licence number, no link to the MAS registry, and no indication of the licence category.

A check in the public MAS database shows that an organisation with this name does exist. We verified the licence here. At first glance, it may seem that we are dealing with a legitimate broker, but this is not the case. The company listed in MAS has no connection to the expeditioninv.com website.

The original Expedition Investment Management PTE LTD began operating in 2023. The subject of this review, however, launched only in early 2026. This is confirmed by the registration date of the expeditioninv.com domain. In addition, the firm does not display its licence number or provide a link to the official registry, even though it is required to do so.

According to WHOIS records, the domain expeditioninv.com was registered on January 6, 2026

As a result, Expedition Investment Management PTE LTD is hiding behind someone else’s name while lacking official registration and a licence of its own. All of this points to the fraudulent nature of the company. The operating history is too short, it has not been tested over time, and it has no proven experience.

Expeditioninv.com Content Quality

On the homepage of the official website, there is a large promotional banner with a slogan along the lines of “Trade on Industry-Recognized Platforms”, next to a rendered image of a phone displaying a chart and coins, along with a Learn More button. The header menu is simple and “universal”: Markets, Pro Conditions, Company, Legal, Trading Tools, Referral, plus a language switch and a Login button.

Below that are three so-called “trust badges” used as anchors: “authorised and regulated”, “2M+ users”, and “segregated bank accounts”. And this is where the main issue lies: these are not proofs, but advertising formulas — there are no clickable confirmations. Expedition Investment Management PTE LTD lists many claims about itself, but provides not a single piece of verification. If the firm is regulated, which financial authority oversees it, and where is the licence number?

Home page of Expedition Investment Management PTE LTD with false information

The website focuses on appearance and design rather than substance. Many of the phrases constantly appear on similar suspicious platforms, such as “Stable and reliable pricing”, “Take your trading to the next level”, and other textual filler that provides absolutely no meaningful information to traders.

Key Trading Features

Now, let us examine the trading conditions. We begin with spreads and commissions. Expedition Investment Management PTE LTD uses attractive wording such as “spreads from 0.1 pips” and “0% commission”. It sounds excellent. However, where is the instrument specification? Where is the table with specific spreads for EUR/USD, GBP/USD, gold, oil, and indices? Where is the information about whether the spread is floating or fixed? Where are the per-lot commissions? None of this is provided. Reputable brokers list spreads and commissions for each instrument, including calculation examples. Here, there is only a general phrase with no calculations and no concrete figures.

The minimum deposit, however, is clearly stated. It starts at €100 and then increases in tiers: €1,500, €16,500, €65,000, and €250,000. The pricing structure logic becomes obvious. The difference between accounts is presented not through market parameters, but through “service level”: more analytics, a personal manager, “account accreditation”, and access to exclusive offers. In other words, Expedition Investment Management PTE LTD said directly: if you want better conditions — do not trade better, just deposit more money.

Account types at Expedition Investment Management PTE LTD, structured according to the principle “the larger the deposit, the better the conditions”

This is a classic fraudulent principle. In a legitimate brokerage model, improved conditions are usually linked to trading volume or professional client status. For example, if you trade high volume, you receive reduced commissions. Here, the key criterion is the size of the initial deposit. Pay more — get “status”.

Expedition Investment Management PTE LTD Custom Utilities Insight

There is no separate section on the website that provides a detailed description of the platform. There is no page outlining its features, no explanation of order execution technology, and no mention of the software provider. The terminal is accessible only after registration, via the Access WebTrader button in the personal account. This is already the first warning sign: serious brokers always have a dedicated page with a detailed description of the platform — whether it is MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader, or a proprietary solution with disclosed technical specifications.

Expedition Investment Management PTE LTD has a typical WebTrader with minimal functionality, but without advanced options

The platform is a web-based WebTrader version from EasyTech, a developer known for its widespread collaboration with fraudulent brands. It is a browser interface with no installation required on a PC. There are no separate applications for Windows or macOS. There are also no links to the App Store or Google Play. In other words, there is no full-fledged mobile application — only a browser-adapted interface.

In terms of layout, the Expedition Investment Management PTE LTD terminal looks like a typical web-based dashboard. On the left is a list of instruments, in the center a candlestick chart, and at the top Buy and Sell buttons. Users can open a new order, choose volume, and view trade history. The header displays Equity, Balance, and the Deposit and Withdrawal buttons. This is standard functionality.

The platform does not include professional analytical tools: there is no full market depth, no advanced trading modules, and no automated trading features. Everything is limited to a basic set of functions.

Customer Service Overview

Contact details are minimal. Expedition Investment Management PTE LTD offers communication via phone or email. There is also a contact form in the “Contacts” section.

That is all. There is no online chat for immediate assistance. There are no links to social media where the broker could publish useful content, such as analytics or insights. Support through popular messengers is also absent.

Our Verdict

Expedition Investment Management PTE LTD does not confirm its legitimacy: it uses another company’s brand, has not obtained its own licences, operates on a newly registered domain, and keeps trading conditions non-transparent. Claims of regulation and millions of clients are not supported by facts. Cooperation with such a broker involves high risk and resembles a scam more than a relationship with a legitimate brokerage.

1 Expedition Investment Management PTE LTD Review

  1. Nanji

I know someone who suffered at the hands of the fraudsters behind Expedition Investment Management. He is new to trading, so he easily believed the fake claims about regulation and guaranteed reliability. He never considered that it might be a fake operation. He deposited money but was unable to withdraw it. Anonymous scammers stole more than $2,000 from him. This is a lesson for anyone considering trading here. It is a reckless decision – do not even think about trading in such a place!! Clients are simply ignored. Support does not exist, and withdrawals are impossible.
